ONE 2 ONE & PRIVATE CLASSES
Private lessons let you enjoy Pilates at your own pace taking into account your goals, lifestyle, injuries or long term conditions that you may have. We progress at a pace that suits you and you get the chance for individual attention. A chance to ask questions, refine your technique.
You can use your sessions to create a Pilates program that is designed especially for you, taking into account any preferences or restrictions that you may have. Enjoy the time to yourself for relaxation and stress management. Improve your posture and work on your strength, flexibility and tone. Private lessons can be used as specialist sessions following injury or illness. I provide any equipment that we may need, just bring yourself in some comfortable easy to move in clothing.
121/Small Group Pilates – for Horse Riders
I teach Pilates for horse riders in individual 121 Pilates sessions or if you would like to get together with a few friends, you can share a private lesson with up to 3 others. Alternatively your horse riding will still benefit from attending one of the regular classes.
The classes take place in a friendly, calm and welcoming atmosphere. You do have to concentrate and work hard but it is an hour that goes so quickly that you don’t always realise how hard you have worked.

Sharon’s classes have made a real difference, and my back and neck pain is a thing of the past. Sharon runs the classes in a relaxed and easy going way but with great commitment. No-one feels they have to keep up and no-one feels at all uncomfortable if they can’t manage some of the
